Reversible engineering and digitization of old blueprints

We are able to create, edit and mark up any type of 2D and 3D DWG files, and also import and export various file types and formats, including DXF, PDF, XLS, STP.
PIPES AND SHEETS LASER CUTTING
We offer the service of laser cutting of sheets and pipes: Table dimensions 3000×1500 mm
- structural steel 25 mm
- stainless steel 15 mm
- aluminum 12 mm
- pipe length min. 150 max. 3000 mm
- pipe diameter min. 20 max. 414 mm
Cutting is performed by using Trumpf brand lasers
BENDING
We offer a bending service:
- angular bending of sheets and pipes
- circular bending up to 5 mm, max width 2000 mm
- bending the pipe with the support of the mandrel
Sheet bending is performed by using LVD, Biko bending machines
PRESSING
We offer a pressing service:
- Max. working pressure 4000 kN
- Max. counter pressure 2000 kN
- Table dimensions 1600×1600 mm
We press on the Litostroj press, Web Wema Zeulenrod
DEEP DRAWING
We offer a deep drawing service:
- Max. working pressure 4000 kN
- Max. counter pressure 2000 mm
- Table dimensions 1600×1600 mm
Deep drawing is performed by using Litostroj, Web Wema Zeulenrod press
CNC SHEET PUNCHING
We offer sheet metal punching service:
- Table dimensions 6000×1600 mm
- Punching force 220 kN
- Max. material thickness 5 mm
Sheet metal punching is performed by using a Trumpf punch
WELDING: MIG/MAG, TIG, RESISTANCE, LINE, ROBOTIC
We offer various MIG/MAG, TIG welding procedures for all types of materials
We offer:
- resistance welding
- line welding
- robotic welding
Dimensions of Siegmund tables 3000×1500 mm
Dimensions of the working space of the welding robot 5000×1500 mm, positioner 1500 kg
We perform welding by using Varstroj, Fronius, Fanuc machines
POWDER COATING
We offer a powder coating service on an automatic powder coating line (Gema Switzerland)
