BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
<\/strong>By realizing of this project, STROJARSTVO BRANILOVI\u0106 d.o.o. will achieve 2 specific goals: <\/p>\n

  1. Increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company by improving business processes through investment in ICT and new employment<\/li>\n
  2. Strengthen the company’s position on the market for both existing and new target markets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The project included the following activities:<\/p>\n

    1. Procurement of software<\/li>\n
    2. Procurement of computer and communication equipment<\/li>\n
    3. Employee education<\/li>\n
    4. Project management<\/li>\n
    5. Promotion and visibility<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT
      <\/strong>The main objective of implementing the project proposal is to increase efficiency and improve competitiveness through information and communication technology.<\/p>\n

      The specific goals of the project are:<\/p>\n

      1. Creation of technical preconditions for the improvement of the company’s business processes<\/li>\n
      2. Improvement and optimization of the company’s business processes<\/li>\n
      3. Enabling the continuation of optimization of the company’s business processes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
